Can’t I just do the repairs myself? If you feel confident repairing your appliance on your own, we can help you to locate the correct factory-certified parts for your repair. However, if you want a full-service experience, we can provide professional service. All of our technicians are fully trained in appliance repair, including training from manufacturers.  The technicians performing service on our appliances in our authorized service center have all the necessary certifications.  Please be very careful if attempting to perform any appliance repairs on your own.


Do you use factory-certified parts? Yes, we always recommend factory-certified parts for your name-brand appliances, as these parts provide the best quality repairs.


Can I get same-day service? Yes, we make an effort to provide same-day service to our customers whenever possible.   We make an extra effort with our own customers who have a service agreement with our company.  Ask us how you can get on our appliance repair priority list.


Can I get emergency service? Our business hours are 8-6 Monday-Friday and 9-2 on Saturday.
